Designed with impeccable attention to detail, combining simple architectural form with beautifully curated hand selected contemporary fittings, we have lovingly created Fleetwood Studios - island living in relaxed luxury.

Fleetwood is the perfect place for you to slow down, unwind and reconnect in the tranquil and peaceful setting of Awaawaroa Valley. Our accommodation, set on 18 acres, offers privacy and sun filled west facing decks encouraging rest and relaxation. With stunning views over the valley and beautiful bush works through to Te Matuku Bay, you will leave feeling well rested.

Fleetwood is the ideal location for a couple’s city escape - just under 30 minutes from Matiatia Wharf, Waiheke Island. Combine a stay at Fleetwood with a dining experience at Poderi Crisci. Poderi Crisci, widely recognised as one of Waiheke’s finest restaurants, is on our doorstep. Indulge in their unforgettable Sunday long lunch, enjoy a glass of wine at the La Locanda, or a romantic dinner al fresco.

We have two identical studios, adjacent to each other, and separated by private courtyards. Both have private outdoor baths and an inside fireplace.
