Our accommodation, set on 18 acres, offers privacy and sun filled west facing decks encouraging rest and relaxation. With stunning views over the valley and beautiful bush works through to Te Matuku Bay, you will leave feeling well rested.

"Waiheke has been a part of my life for as long as I remember  - I have had many memorable holidays here with my family and purchased my first property on Waiheke 15 years ago.  I have been very fortunate to have spent 10 years living and travelling abroad throughout Europe and have stayed in many amazing locations.  I have always appreciated design and architecture and my dream has always been, to design and create my own home and to provide 5 star luxury guest accommodation.

Returning to New Zealand in 2015 I purchased this land, now known as Fleetwood, and it became a labour of love for 3 years - from the initial design, the build and the interior fit out, through to our opening in November 2019.

I feel we have created something very special at Fleetwood and I am looking forward to welcoming guests to our unique property”.
